Plesmanlaan 100 is an ambitious project in which an office building is being retrofitted into a residential building. Which such a reprogramming, the entire building’s MEP system needs to be redesigned to fit the new program and particularly its spatial constraints.

BIMCAP was the lead BIM party to liaise with the Architect, Contractor and MEP/STR Consultants while the project was on-going massive design shifts. We heavily relied on ACC issues to ensure that all RFIs are tracked and addressed promptly.
