BIMCAP was engaged as the BIM lead for the multi-commercial project in Athens to oversee all BIM services. Our project scope comprised the modelling of architecture, structure, and MEP.

We were responsible for managing and maintaining the CDE, preparing BEP, MIDP, and LOD Responsibility Matrix; organizing clash analysis sessions, reviewing model compliance, and enforcing BIM standards across the entire design team and sub-consultants.
