Vesteda, a real estate agency, required detailed BIM models of their properties across Amsterdam. A team was deployed to capture point clouds of all the properties and fed into Geoslam to create the models. With these point cloud models and 360 images of the space, we created a series of BIM models at LOD300 of all the properties.
